Sans any meat.
While the wine does air
The fritters come out,
Talking and mingling
With flavors all around...
Moonlight on the bridge
With water sparkling bright,
The flavorful chicken next
Is just as great a sight!
Conversation grows loud
There is humor in hunger,
The warm curried bowls
Cause a mini stir!
With tummy's growing full
The end is [sadly] nigh,
With a sweet ol' sigh...
And as we wind up
Another night of celebration,
I get a few hugs
And an imaginary ovation.
