Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
For marinade
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast pieces
½ green pepper, chopped
½ red pepper chopped
½ onion, diced
1 red chili, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
½  teaspoon corn starch
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
For cooking
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic ginger paste
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
½ teaspoon fish oil
Marinate the chicken in the in all the ingredients of the marinade and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic ginger paste and sauté on high flame for a few seconds. Add in the marinated chicken, and stir in the soy sauce and fish oil. Cover and cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender. Turn flame to high and braise till the chicken looks crisp.
A great cocktail snack on it’s own!
